Jo & Ben's Sunset Engagement Photos at Willunga Beach

We're so lucky to have such amazing light and scenery in South Australia, within a one hour radius of the CBD you have gorgeous bushland, rugged coastline, pristine beaches, sandy cliffs, rustic vineyards, sunburnt fields, forests, lush gardens, grungy old architecture and colourful new architecture, rolling hills and so much more. On Friday, during a beautifully glowing sunset, I got to hang out with two lovely, loved-up people and their energetic dog Charlie at one of my favourite places in SA; Port Willunga.

I always love it when people involve their pets in their photos. Their lives might be short in comparison to ours, but the impact and memories that they have on us lasts our entire lifetime! Photos capture just one small moment in our long lives, and so capturing everything that makes this particular moment special is one of the biggest drives for me as a photographer. In this particular moment, Jo & Ben shared a relaxed walk along the beach as their furry friend dashed up and down the sand, into the water, and made new friends in an instant. The photo shoot was all about celebrating their engagement, upcoming wedding, and the moment in their lives in-between marriage and dating. They were an absolute joy to spend the evening with, and I can't wait to capture their wedding this coming December.
