Katie & Chris' Beautiful Rainy Wedding at Serafino

With their wedding starting on daylight savings, Katie & Chris’ wedding day was already a little bit special being just 23 hours long. I started to get to know them better during their engagement session just one week before, but by the end of their wedding it was more than evident just how fun, sweet and lovely the two them are!

Serafino Winery is a great wedding venue, and though the morning was filled with sunshine, the wine barrel room proved to be the perfect warm and dry venue for their ceremony as the heavens opened and rain gently pattered down.

Their wedding was the perfect blend of beautiful styling and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Surrounded by love and loved ones, there was not one smile free face amongst their guests. Though rain may not always be the most welcome addition to a wedding, it didn’t stop us from capturing some gorgeous portraits and getting creative. And it didn’t stop anyone from thoroughly enjoying the day, and dancing the night away.
