Sara & Marty's Serafino Winter Wedding
Winter is such a unique season in South Australia, within a single day we can have heavy rain and beautiful, crisp sunshine. On Saturday we had moments of both rain and sunshine, and it certainly kept us on our toes!
I met Marty and his groomsmen, decked out in some awesome traditional kilts as a proud celebration of Marty's heritage. Surrounded by happy friends and family, all excited to be sharing in the day. With the ceremony all set up and ready to go by the lake, the heavens decided to open just as Sara arrived with her bridesmaids. In no time, with hustling and very little fuss, we quickly relocated to the barrel room. The last minute move didn't phase a single person, and Marty and Sara were married with a perfect ceremony.
Our portraits involved a little bit of to-ing and fro-ing between shelter from the rain and portraits in the sunshine. Every single person in the bridal party made the portraits a lot of fun, and a little bit cheeky! (Literally). Between chasing off a goose and a magpie, surviving the cold, wet weather and frequent kilt moonings we captured some gorgeous moments full of laughter and happy memories.
Congratulations Sara & Marty!! xx
