Amelia & Steve's Vintage Bohemian Wedding at Barn 1890

Amelia & Steve's wedding on Saturday has to be one of my favourites! I spent the entire day with them, from the start of makeup until the last song and final goodbyes, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Everything from the decor details to Amelia's stunning Grace Loves Lace dress, and the rustically authentic venue Barn1890, all perfectly blended to create a stunning bohemian wedding with a touch of vintage.

Amelia & Steve are the nicest people you could hope to meet, so spending the entire day with them was not only easy but a complete joy. Amelia got ready for the day at the cottage at Barn1890 Sea & Vines, a beautiful and very atmospheric little place nestled in a gorgeous garden. The perfect place for the girls to spend they day having their hair and makeup done. I also snuck away for a couple of hours during the morning to spend some time with Steve and the guys as they got ready. With no makeup and hair to worry about, they were ready in a jiffy, and we had time to visit the beach for some portraits.

Back at Barn1890, the final details were all coming together perfectly. It felt like no time at all before Amelia was walking down the aisle towards Steve, the biggest smiles on both their faces. The wedding ceremony was full of so much love that it was infectious. There were tears of happiness and bursts of laughter full of joy, every part of it bringing warmth to hearts. Barn1890 is such an authentic and rustic venue, so there was no shortage of beautiful locations for portraits. Including the dirt road running alongside the venue surrounded by breathtaking views which we visited at sunset.

After some cake cutting, beautiful words and speeches and a seriously yummy all vegetarian meal the night was spent with dancing, celebrations and happy conversations. All in all, the perfect day, for a perfect couple. xx
