Frances & David's Kuitpo Wedding

The time between Frances & David’s engagement session in June last year and their wedding this Saturday gone just flew by! From the very start they had fallen in love with the private property at Kuitpo Forest, famous for a large, old tree. Both being very involved in the scouts, they wanted to do justice to the natural setting whilst bringing in touches from the scout hall. Such as the chairs and benches that perfectly blended in with the rustic setting of their ceremony.

David surprised Frances during their wedding ceremony by donning a top hat to finish off his tribute look to Mr Darcy (from her favourite book Pride & prejudice). And little touches of their favourite colours, purple and orange, could be found throughout their entire wedding day. Between Kuitpo forrest and the Kangarilla Oval Hall, we made a stop at the Lazy Ballerina Winery for some portraits. Where the hosts very kindly supplied their beautiful grounds, a bottle of sparkling and a delicious platter.

Congratulations Frances & David! xx
