You know the saying “I left a piece of my heart there”? I always thought it was just a saying until I visited Mexico for Carlos & Bronnie’s wedding. Not just the food (tacos!), not just the culture, not just the place, but so many beautiful people as well. After capturing Carlos & Bronnie’s SA wedding, it was such a pleasure to spend time with them again in another beautiful country to capture their Mexican wedding.

The day before we travelled to the little town of San Sebastian together, to share a delicious breakfast (with many chilaquiles) before capturing a first look and some pre-wedding portraits. The cobbled streets, red walls, photo-bombing horses, and the beautiful Hacienda Jalisco were perfect backdrops.

The wedding day itself was warm and on a beautiful beach in the beautiful Marival Armony resort on the Puerto Vallarta coast. Sharing memories with the people they both care about a LOT on the sand. The sun set just as the ceremony finished, and the night began with colourful lights, dancing, delicious food, more dancing, FIREWORKS, and did I mention the dancing? A truly heartfelt thank you to Carlos and Bronnie for bringing Andrew and myself to your wedding in Mexico. It was an experience we will never forget, and will forever cherish.
