If there was such a thing as a perfect wedding day, I’d say that Bec and Nathan nailed it. It was beautiful, relaxed, intimate, full of laughter and good food - and everything felt easy and fun. Bec and Nathan got married together with their two children before strolling down the lawn to celebrate and commit to their life together surrounded by loved ones under a beautifully decorated arbor and tall gum trees.

Surrounded by just the nearest and dearest, with delicious platters and donuts to follow. Their day was full of smiles and laughs, and Bec looked stunning in the gorgeous dress made by her mum! We took photos around the beautiful Kuitpo as well as a short little drive to the rolling hills near Willunga.

It’s a great time to remember and celebrate, whilst having the added bonus of boosting self confidence. I like to think of them as self-love-sessions.

And then, depending on how we felt - down to the gorge to see the river, but with every intention of heading back up the way we had come. Thing is, a session with me is never just a photography session. If there is even the slightest chance that we might be able to have an adventure as well, I won’t help but be able to encourage it.

You’re just up the hill from the city and yet you’re surrounded by gorgeous scrub and wildlife. Kate and Luke took advantage of this beautiful space by marrying beneath the ghost gum forest. The classic vintage vibe from outfits to styling perfectly blending with the natural greens. Their day was laid back and simple, and yet elegant. A perfect morning!
Read MoreHead north in South Australia and it won’t take too long to reach a unique beauty all its own. Red dusty earth stretching out to low lying ranges, large old gum trees lining dry creek beds and crystal clear blue ocean waters right up to Port Augusta and then continuing East. It’s a place I love to travel any time I need to feel grounded. So it was an absolute no brainer for me when Ebony & Aiden asked me to capture their wedding day at the family farm in Port Germein.

Despite a lost (and then found) wedding ring, temporarily replaced by a seaweed wreath, they had nothing but smiles. The picnic that Laura set up was a bohemian dream overlooking a peacful sea. The cake was delicious! And the sunset to top it all off? After an overcast day with a little gap that the sun peeked through on it’s final journey down to the ocean was just spectacular. A dream day. Thank you for having us!
Read MoreBeth & Tom’s rustic elopement at Brin Farm in Kangarilla was short, sweet and intimate. And also full of fun and laughter! They approached their marriage in the most beautiful way; relaxed, smiling and happy. Laughing when the beautiful floating arbour joined in with fabric hugs in the wind. A perfect little afternoon in such a stunning location, dressing up, memories, photos, and at the end of their heartfelt ceremony being married!
Read MoreThis family portrait session was a beautiful mother’s day gift for Lucy from her husband Kaes. I captured their wedding day in 2018 and so it was special to be able to share and capture this next big milestone in their journey together. And to meet Tobias of course, who is adorable!! We kept the session natural and relaxed, first at home and then at a nearby park as the sun slowly set to that beautiful orange glow that I love. Thanks for having me again guys! Was such a pleasure. xo
