When Rosa, Paul & I started this little hike - we weren’t planning to do the full thing. I thought I’d take them through the beautiful scrub, past the echidnas home to the look out. And then, depending on how we felt - down to the gorge to see the river, but with every intention of heading back up the way we had come. Thing is, a session with me is never just a photography session. If there is even the slightest chance that we might be able to have an adventure as well, I won’t help but be able to encourage it.

Read MoreWinter is slowly trying to make way for Spring, and the day of Erin, Luke, cute-as-a-button Hazel and loyal dog Remi’s portrait session was a perfect example of that. With the recent rain the ground was damp, the sky was soft and water ran freely through little creeks. All while the sun and small flowers gently tried to poke their heads out. It made the atmosphere calm and lovely, and absolutely perfect for cuddles! Remi was adorable, constantly on the lookout for roos to protect the family from. And little Hazel was just so content, only ready to bring the giggles for the most silly of play - or her fluffy little caterpillar. (So cute!!) I also could not resist capturing her funny little face at the end of the session, scroll to the end to check it out. I would also pull a similar face if encouraged to laugh for an hour straight. Haha!
Read MoreIt was such a delight to meet Sharon, Tom & gorgeous little Jamie with his huge smile. We spent some time at Linear Park walking the trail, checking out the gum trees and chasing tame pigeons whilst pointing out the shyer ducks. Enjoying beautifully natural family portraits. Before heading home for a few photos with their adorable dogs Indi & Gracie. Precious family portraits to share with family overseas and cherish forever. Thanks for having me! x
Read MoreThough sad I wasn’t available to capture Shih & Joanne’s little wedding, I was thrilled that we could catch up the day afterwards to capture some beautiful wedding portraits around Adelaide! We started in the Adelaide Hills on the hunt for the last of the Autumn colours. Then heading on to Kuitpo Forest, hunting for mushrooms among the pine trees and marvelling at the beautiful views from dirt roads. And finishing at Blanche Point, the gorgeous cliffs overlooking the ocean. The sky and light soft as the sun gently set behind the clouds. Such a gorgeous afternoon! Thanks for having me and a huge congrats again! xo
Read MoreThis family portrait session was a beautiful mother’s day gift for Lucy from her husband Kaes. I captured their wedding day in 2018 and so it was special to be able to share and capture this next big milestone in their journey together. And to meet Tobias of course, who is adorable!! We kept the session natural and relaxed, first at home and then at a nearby park as the sun slowly set to that beautiful orange glow that I love. Thanks for having me again guys! Was such a pleasure. xo
Read MoreI don’t think you need a reason to take beautiful family portraits, but Nathania and her family had a pretty good one! Celebrating being back together as a family after her husband Josh ended up being stuck away and unable to watch his girls grow for a full 11 months. :( Thankfully, despite the craziness of Covid, they’re now back together. We captured the joy of that and of them as a family, with Nathania’s parents involved as well. It was a special session. Thank you so much for having me to capture these moments for you. xo
Read MoreVictoria, Jacob and Luka’s family photo session was all about natural family moments and captuing the abundundently full and fun love that Victoria and Jacob have for their little boy who recently turned one! And of course, crazy furry pooches Simba and Nala came along to frolick in the sand and the sea. It was such a gorgeous session and a bunch of fun! Thanks for having me guys. :)
Read MorePhotographs are such precious things. The first thing on anyone’s list to grab in a fire (after loved ones of course!) Because it’s the people we love and the memories we make with them that are, in the end, the most precious thing. So when I get to go on journeys with families, from wedding to fur baby, first child, second child and bringing the parents and grandma to the park to continue capturing the memories. I consider myself very blessed in this job indeed. It was so so nice to catch up with you again Erin and Dave! To meet your new precious little one, see how much your first has grown up! And spend time with your family again. Thank you! xo
