On Monday I shot my first wedding for 2017, and what a great wedding it was to bring in the New Year! Cate & Roj did an amazing job planning and setting up their casual & relaxed backyard beach wedding in Middleton. A place that they love, and were happy to share with their family, including their two beautiful fur babies!
Read MoreThis is my first year in review post, not because I've had nothing to share, but because I've always found it waaaayyyyy too hard to choose what to share. It's hard enough to choose which 50-100 photos per wedding to share on each of their blog posts. Let alone which one photo from each session to bring together in one end of year blog post. This year however, I can't help but share!

Catching up with them and their energetic golden retriever Charlie for an engagement session on the beach in October, I knew right away that their wedding day would be special. Meeting them again at their venue, the gorgeous (& delicious!) K1 Winery, and hearing all their plans for the day confirmed the feeling.

Completing exams, exploring beautiful locations with me from Nuriootpa to Tanunda, moving house, getting married, and finishing it off with a lovely cruise on their honeymoon. Wow!

I spent the entire day with them, from the start of makeup until the last song and final goodbyes, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Everything from the decor details to Amelia's stunning Grace Loves Lace dress, and the rustic, authentic venue Barn1890, all perfectly blended to create a stunning bohemian wedding with a touch of vintage.

I met Tessa at the guest house just before we headed to the Cellar Door for some bride reveal portraits. Tessa & Nigel were both so excited to see each other, it was a beautiful moment! After this we took some bridal party portraits around the winery, just before they prepared for their ceremony.

But what the day lacked in optimal weather conditions, it certainly made up for in the most awesome couple Em & Sam, and their gorgeous Nepenthe winery wedding.
Read MoreOn Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Laura & Jesse's beautiful wedding at Wood House and Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens. Right from the moment I arrived until the moment I left, there was this amazing buzz in the air. Read MoreOn Saturday, on a perfect day with blue skies and a warm breeze, Laura and James married with a simply perfect and classic wedding day. I met James & Laura at the gorgeous Adina Apartments in the city, a very classic hotel with an old world charm. Exploring the basement with the guys added an awesome feel to the groom preparation photos. Whilst Laura and her bridesmaids were treated to a wall of gorgeous windows and natural light. The vintage cars that transported them to Glen Ewin Estate with the icing on the cake of such a stellar location.
