Tamsyn, Mitchell and I spent one late Spring arvo together hanging out in the Barossa Valley to capture their engagement portraits. Read MoreWhen Rosa, Paul & I started this little hike - we weren’t planning to do the full thing. I thought I’d take them through the beautiful scrub, past the echidnas home to the look out. And then, depending on how we felt - down to the gorge to see the river, but with every intention of heading back up the way we had come. Thing is, a session with me is never just a photography session. If there is even the slightest chance that we might be able to have an adventure as well, I won’t help but be able to encourage it.

Their ceremony and vows were so heartfelt and beautiful that there weren’t many dry eyes left by the end. The day was perfectly relaxed with stunning sunny weather. We took photos in the scrub and vineyards as the girls hunted for koalas, and then they continued their celebration with a few drinks and a relaxing meal.
