This would be one of my dream weddings. A long 5 course lunch starting with canapés and finishing with extra cake. (I am a massive foodie though, what can I say?) Megan and Jonathan were two of the most relaxed and excited people I've seen before a wedding ceremony. With tears of joy they married during the most heartfelt and lovely ceremony by Camille. Following their ceremony, group and family photos it was straight into the relaxed festivities! With lawn games, delicious canapés, two entrees, two mains, dessert and cake. Gorgeous floral arrangements on the one long table in the perfect weather outside. A buzz of laughter and conversation, beautiful wines and loving speeches.
Read MoreI believe that South Australia is such a beautiful place. Gorgeous rugged coastlines, amazing wineries and absolutely stunning outback scenery in Country Flinders Ranges. When Keziah and John asked me to photograph their Blinman wedding at the Family's station north of Wilpena Pound I was beyond excited! I love the dusty red earth, rolling Flingers Ranges, dry creek beds, Emus, Roos and beauty of this place.

From overcast skies to brilliant bursts of warm sunshine. Home-baked pies instead of cake, an amazing bride who did so many of the personal touches (including all the pies and florals!) herself, and an adoring and fun loving groom. Jake & Jess' was just a little bit amazing, and the best way to get another busy wedding season rolling.

And proof that despite the weather, your day can still be every beautiful thing it needs to be. Liz and Dean eloped at the gorgeous Bonney Berg Bed and Breakfast in the Adelaide Hills at Cromer, near Birdwood. Their beautiful host Bron made sure everything ran perfectly, witnessing their wedding, providing delicious meals and such a beautifully welcoming environment with access to their stunning property and grounds. She also let us borrow her floral arrangements to create a lovely, loose and rustic bouquet. I still cannot believe that the flower is a cabbage! How very cool.
Read MoreI had so much fun exploring Kuitpo forest with Khiem & Hayley last Friday for their engagement portraits! Kuitpo forest is one of my favourite places to visit, I mean how lucky are we to have forests to explore in our own backyard? Beautiful rows of trees, some un-manicured, some perfectly lined up. Tall whips of grass and at the right time of day, sun beams that stream through the gaps in the trees.
Read MoreWhen we checked the weather the day before, and saw a forecast for wind and rain, Camilla and I still had a feeling that this engagement session would be beautiful. And boy was it beautiful! With storm clouds looming on the horizon, a slight sprinkle of rain and strong gusty sea breezes we decided to brave the beautiful beach near Gull Rock.
Read MoreLauren & Brent's wedding on Friday was the definition of what an elopement should be. Beautifully small, intimate, full of emotion and in a stunning location close to their hearts. Mylor has beautiful rolling hills, lovely views overlooking Mount Lofty and a rustic conservation park. It even has it’s own Thai Buddhist forest Monastery! (Not many Adelaide suburbs can boast that). Better still though, it was right in the backyard of where Brent had spent his childhood growing up. Pair that with the fact that he is a park ranger, and that they both enjoy regular, adventurous walks through National parks and reserves, and this was without a doubt the perfect spot for their elopement.
Read MoreWhat else can I say, but weddings like this make me feel very blessed in what I do for a living. For Kim & Josh, Partridge House was the most logical place to have their wedding as the original halfway point between their two houses when they first started dating. Beyond logic, just how perfect is that?
Read MoreWhat a beautiful day this was! A wedding ceremony so intimate that the only witnesses were myself and the celebrants husband, just the right amount required to legally marry. <3 It was a very special day to be a part of, and in my mind the perfect South Australian Country elopement. Rachel & Leigh kept things simple, but perfectly sweet. With lovely coloured ribbons hanging from a tree making the backdrop for the ceremony. A beautifully bright bouquet, stunning boutique wedding dress and the Australian countryside complimenting the rustic setting of the Battunga Bed & Breakfast.

Laid back but with awesome style, their wedding at Barrister's Block Winery was so so good. The boys had a morning mixed with laughter, beer and last minute ironing overlooking an amazing Blackwood view. And the girls prepared in the gorgeous onsite accommodation at Barrister's Block, with live music ringing out from their balcony and little ones running under foot.
